Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days ), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of next business day, of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@celesticare.com

Term used for the Delivery services:
-Dock to Dock: Product needs 2 adults to unload the truck
-Limited in house delivery 3 feet over the doorway: Product will be left 3 feet over the doorway (un-assembled)
-White glove with fully assembly: Product will be shipped to an assembly facility to be assembled, then customer will be contacted, to specify a time and date to receive the assembled product

It may take 14-30 days for orders to be delivered, from the time of shipment

For Merits Products:

  • Pre delivery assembly is included in the white glove delivery, ONLY.
  • If Assembly is needed after the product is delivered by Free dock to dock/Limited 3 feet in-house delivery. Please reach out to info@celesticare.com or sales@celesticare.com, to receive a quote for an extended (after delivery) white Glove delivery service/in house service.
  • Service will provide assembly, fitting and make sure the product is secured to be used. We will facilitate this service.
  • Simply request the quote through sales@celesticare.com.

Please avoid using the product if it is not secure, unassembled or if it is not fitted properly, as this is a health hazard.

 

Return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are subject to restock fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@celesticare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@celesticare.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Is the thermometer mercury-free?

Yes, the Vive Precision infrared thermometer is mercury-free.

Does the thermometer display screen light up?

Yes! The infrared thermometer display screen is backlit in green when a normal temperature reading is captured. The screen is backlit in red when a fever is detected.

Why does the thermometer’s display screen change colors?

The backlit display screen provides at-a-glance fever indicators. The backlit screen is green when the body temperature falls in the normal range and red when a fever is detected.

Does the Vive Precision infrared thermometer beep when it is finished?

Yes, the touch-free infrared thermometer will produce one long beep when the temperature reading is complete. If a fever is detected, the thermometer will then produce three short beeps.

What type of battery does the thermometer need?

The Vive Precision non contact infrared thermometer requires two (2) AAA batteries.

Will the non contact thermometer automatically turn off after taking a temperature?

Yes! The Vive Precision thermometer is equipped with an energy-saving, auto-off feature.

How do I replace the thermometer batteries?

Does it work to take temperatures under the arm?

No, the non contact infrared thermometer will not take temperature readings under the arm.

Will this thermometer store the last temperature reading?

Yes, the last temperature reading is briefly displayed when the thermometer is powered on. The infrared thermometer also stores the last 30 temperature readings for easy tracking.

How do I use memory mode?

Memory mode can be accessed by pressing the M2 button for three seconds while the thermometer is powered off. The letter M will flash on the screen. Use the M2 button to scroll through the last 30 temperature readings.

How do I clean the infrared thermometer?

The Vive Precision infrared thermometer should be wiped down with a cloth dampened with a disinfectant (e.g. 75% isopropyl alcohol solution) and dry immediately.
